Sunrise Waldorf School (SWS) is currently accepting applications for the position of Waldorf Kindergarten Assistant for the 2022-2023 school year, to begin as soon as possible and no later than the end of September, 2022. 

The ideal candidate will have completed an Early Childhood Education Certification, Waldorf Early Childhood Education training and/or have experience teaching in a Waldorf school.  Equivalent education and experience will be considered.  

The Sunrise community is looking for a warm and flexible individual who has experience working with children.  Movement circles, indoor and outdoor play, snack preparation, eating, story time and rest comprise the activities of each day. 

 

On average, this is a 32.5-37.5 hour per week position throughout the school year, when school is in session. There are some additional hours during non-instructions days.  Benefits include extended health and dental plus 50% tuition remission for your school-age children.
