About the event
Join us on Saturday, May 2, from 10:00 am–2:00 pm at Sunrise Waldorf School for our beloved annual Mayfest celebration - a joyful gathering of community, creativity, and the beauty of spring.
At 11:00 am, our students will present the traditional Maypole Dances, a highlight of the day. Students are asked to wear white, and all are welcome to join in the festive spirit.
Throughout the morning, the big field will be alive with music, play, crafts, games and hands-on activities. The Parent Association café will be open all day, offering a delicious selection of hot and cold drinks, frozen mango, baked goods, popsicles, popcorn, and snacks. Please note that this is a cash-only event. Proceeds from the café and fundraising activities will support the renewal of our school library and new auditorium seating.
